How to do it:
Whip flour, vanilla kernel, baking soda, cinnamon, lemon balm and milk together in a bowl. Add if necessary. A little more milk, but the dough must be thicker than alm. pancake batter.
Divide the eggs into plums and whites.
Take the egg yolks
Everything on close to raisins mixes and knead well with your fingers.
Sprinkle out on a frying pan with baking paper.
Shake in the oven at 175 c. Approx. 30 min. Until it's golden.
