Peel the potatoes and cut into smaller pieces. Boil them for 20-25 minutes without salt. Mash the potatoes and add the milk gradually. Season with salt and pepper.
The potatoes are rinsed and scrubbed. Pack them into silver paper. Bake at 250 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 60 minutes.
Yoghurt, cucumber, red onions and ham are stirred together and left cold until the potatoes are finished.
Cut a cross into the top
Grease an ovenproof dish with oil and put the potatoes in it. Brush the potatoes on top and sprinkle them with peppers and salt. Place the dish in the oven for 45 minutes at approx. 200 degrees.
