Sides recipes
Here you can use all vegetables: carrots, celery, onion, leek, squash, eggplant, peppers, corn, sun dried tomatoes. Calculate approx. 250 grams per person.
The vegetables are cleaned and peeled if necessary and cut into mouth suitable pieces.

Whip the ingredients together with marinade mushrooms and marinated mushrooms. Place them cool for approx. 1 hour.

Boil the vegetables in well-sour water as indicated on the package, about 10 minutes.
Stir fat and flour together. Stir the butter bowl in the vegetables and stir until it is dissolved.
Boil the stew for 5 minutes. Season with salt. Stir parsley over
