Recipes with Rosemary
Yeast, oil, salt and lukewarm water pour into a large bowl. The flour is stirred for a little while, so lumps are not formed until the dough is nice soft and just does not stick.

Peel the potatoes. Cut them into thick bars. Then divide them into two, three or four depending on the size of the potatoes.
Put the potatoes in a refractory dish or bowl. Pour oil over and turn them around a couple of times so all the potatoes are covered
The potatoes are brushed or peeled and cut into slices of approx. ½ cm. thickness.
Squeeze garlic and mix well with oil and spices. Pour it all in the bag, so all potatoes are covered.
Add if necessary. A little more oil if the potatoes are not covered.
