Recipes with Mustard

Put the hamburger back in a saucepan. Pour water over so it just covers. Add laurel, peppercorns and juniper berries. Bring the pan to the boil. Muffle the heat, put on the lid. Cook the hamburger rye for approx. 30 min. Remove the plastic skin after boiling.
Mix the marinade in a saucepan and cook with stirring 8-10 minutes. Pour it into a bowl and cool it completely. Put the meat in and marinate it for a minimum of 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Turn the meat once.
Cut the pilled potatoes into slices and mix
Mix the marinade well and put the slices of the sprouts in the marinade. Let them stand for a couple of hours before placing them on the grill, first at the middle of the oven, then move the grid 1-2 chop so that the heat becomes slightly weaker.

Cut the chops with mustard, turn into flour with spices and brown in some of the butter and place them in an ovenproof dish. A thin lemon slice is added to each and every 0.5 tbsp. Tomato paste on each lemon slice. Gone sprinkled over.
