Soak the water and add yeast and sugar, leave it for 5 minutes.
Add olive oil and stir the flour for a little while. The dough is now very sticky. Knead to the dough is smooth, and set it aside until it has approx. Double size. mine. 1 hour longer.
Take the
Chili, snack pepper, onion and garlic chopped roughly and swirl in the oil in a saucepan.
When the onions are ready add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, vinegar, cumin powder and salt.
Let the mixture stand and cook for at least 30 minutes.

Stir Mayonnaise and Yogurt together and taste with lemon juice, cumin and pepper.
Stir the cracked carrots and cabbage in the dressing.

Chop the carrots in slices and put in a food processor with the cheese. Blend until it is roughly chopped.
Then add tomatoes and blend again for about 20 seconds
Finally add the advokado into coarse slices, balsamic and blend until it has a mashed consistenc
Dissolve yeast into water and add other ingredients.
Let the dough raise my. half an hour.
