Bring 5-grain mix and oatmeal in a bowl and pour boiling water over. Let it cool.
Season the potato and carrot finely and mix with lemon juice, sugar, honey, rapeseed oil and water. Bring the mixture to a pan and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Cool until it is hot
