1 Beef bouillon cube
1 bundle Parsley
1/2 dl Whipped cream
250 g Tortellini with cheese
3 dl White wine
300 g Beef Tenderloin

To prepare the Tortellini with beef tenderloin in white wine / cream sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

250 g. Tortellini Fromaggio ("with cheese") is boiled according to the instructions in plenty of water and allowed to drain into a dirt layer without sand. 300 grams of beef tenderloin cut into small luncheons - less than you expect and roasted brightly for approx. 50 g. Butter for 3-5 minutes in a pot without sand, then 3 dl. White wine and 4 dl. Whip cream is added and it boils a little for approx. 3-5 minutes. 1 diced beef broth is added as well as a lot of freshly ground black pepper, a little oregano and a little bit of 1/2 dl. Whipped cream in which some cornamel has been stirred.

Serve with a sprinkle of parsley, crispy flutes and butter - this is a drink of red wine.
