Freshly ground pepper
A little Sage
Rosemary or thyme
Salt
1dlWhite wine dry
1tspOlive oil
1.5dlVegetable broth
1000gSmall scrubbed potatoes
2tspCorn flour cornstarch
300gMixed mushrooms
4Onion
800gCalves legs

Instructions for Kalveculotte (low fat)

To prepare the Kalveculotte (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rip the fat on the meat, rub with spices and herbs and put it in a small pan. Brown steps at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven for 10 minutes.
