Instructions for Rosemary Sorbet
To prepare the Rosemary Sorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Water and sugar boil for approx. 5 minutes after which the fresh rosemary is added and boils for approx. 5 minutes. Then the layer is sifted into another pot, after which white wine and lemon juice are added.
The sorbet is stirred in a sorbet or in a bowl, one put in a larger pot of ice cubes mixed with salt. It is important that during the whole process, a rubber scraper or stew is touched, so the ice does not crystallize.
When the sorbet has a softice-like consistency, pour it into a mold and cured in an ordinary freezer.
After curing, you can spice it up and serve it in a glass.
