Ingredients for Nøddemärengs lagkage
1 | Lime grated zest and juice | |
1 | tbsp | Vanilla sugar |
150 | g | Sugar |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | dl | Milk |
200 | g | Chop the hazelnuts |
200 | g | Wheat flour |
250 | g | Liquid fat such as becel |
3 | dl | Sour cream |
3 | tbsp | Icing sugar |
4 | Egg yolks | |
4 | Egg whites | |
5 | dl | Cream |
Instructions for Nøddemärengs lagkage
To prepare the Nøddemärengs lagkage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bottom: Stir fat with sugar. Egg yolks are stirred in one at a time. Mix flour and baking soda and stir in the dough alternately with milk. Distribute the dough into a frying pan 30 x 50 cm, coated with baking paper.
Meringue: The egg whites are whipped very stiff. Sugar and vanilla sugar whipping.
Turn in the chopped nuts and benefit the marlin on top of the unbaked dough.
Bake at 175 g for about 25 min.
Fill: The cream is whipped very stiff. Cream fraiche, vanilla sugar, lime juice and peel are turned into cream.
Cut the cake bottom 2 equal parts. Lay them on top of the hinds with cream filled in the middle.
