Instructions for Chicken with Rosemary
To prepare the Chicken with Rosemary recipe, please follow these instructions:
Take the bag out and rinse the chicken with giblets. The chicken in half and slice the rump of. Remove any fat lumps. Rub both halves with salt and put them in a baking dish with the skin side up. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with plenty of Rosemary.
Roast chicken at 175 degrees for about 45 minutes or to the color and is well done. Share the half chicken pieces into smaller pieces and put them on a platter. Garnish with lemon both and serve immediately.
Proposal for accessories: Roast potatoes and spinach or haricots verts.
Tips:
Whole spinach warmed in a little sour cream tastes great to the chicken. For 4 servings you take 250 grams whole spinach and heats it with 1 1/2 dl sour cream. Season with salt and paprika
