125 | g | Bacon, sliced |
200 | g | Onion |
25 | g | Butter |
250 | g | Carrots |
250 | g | Parsnip |
4 | dl | Cooking water from potatoes |
600 | g | Potatoes |
600 | g | Beef, chopped about 10% fat |
Instructions for Bacon steaks with grønsagsmos
To prepare the Bacon steaks with grønsagsmos recipe, please follow these instructions:
Form the meat into 4 patties and wrap a slice of bacon around each steak. Put the steaks on a hot pan with bacon symphisis force down and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Fry the steaks 2-3 minutes on each side.
Grønsagsmos: Peel the vegetables and cook them very tender of around ½ hour in unsalted water. Pour boiling water from, but save 1 ½ cups in the pan. Whip the vegetables through with hand whips up and stir the butter in. Taste the bog with salt and pepper and serve it to the steaks.
