Recipes with Butter
1. The butter is melted in a saucepan.
2. 2 dl. Milk is poured into the melted butter.
3. Yeast and lid milk (1/2 dl.) Mixed in a bowl, and
4. Eggs, salt, sugar and cardamom are added
5. Stir the lukewarm milk in the yeast mixture

Butter and the yard are stirred softly in a stirrer or with an electric whip. Lemon juice and water are added gradually. Garlic pressed and added.
Garlic butter is stirred approx. 5 min. In a stirrer or approx. 10 min. With an electric whip.

The soft butter crumbles in the flour. Mix milk, egg and yeast. Add a little sugar to taste. Eel dough and shape buds - place directly in a frying pan and raise to double size (about 45 min).
Bake at 175 degrees in hot air for 15-20 minutes.
