½dlSugar
½dlTomato ketchup
1dlLage from pineapple
1tbspCorn starch
1tbspOil
100gPineapple into cubes, from canned
2tbspFresh, finely chopped ginger
2dlVegetable stock
2tbspWater for jævning
200gLeeks in coarse strips on the bias
250gJasmine or Basmati rice
300gCarrots in coarse strips
400gVegetables-choose 1 or 2 kinds: leaf celery in fine strips, mini corn, Chinese cabbage in coarse strips, China radishes into small cubes or green beans

To prepare the Sweet and sour vegetables with rice recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start with the sauce.
Stir in corn starch out in a little cold water and mix all ingredients for the sauce. Bring the sauce to a boil and cook 2 minutes, stirring.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Saute the carrots in oil for 2 minutes while stirring vigorously. Add the remaining vegetables and sauté additional 2 min. Add the pineapple and hot right through. The vegetables should still be crunchy. Mix the vegetables with sweet and sour sauce and season with salt and pepper. Serve with jasmine or Basmati rice

You do not have a pan that is large enough, you can cook the vegetables for several laps.
