Instructions for Steak in dish 03
To prepare the Steak in dish 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin rings. Place them in a greased ovenproof dish taglagt and sprinkle salt, pepper and Marjoram between the layers. Pour the cream and the liquid from the tomatoes (no tomatoes) by the potatoes.
Form 4 patties of minced meat. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Slice the onion into thin rings. Cut the bell pepper into cubes. Cut the mushrooms into quarters or halves, depending on size.
Brown the Hamburger steak in butter or margarine 4. Then saute the onions, bell peppers and mushrooms.
Set the dish with potatoes covered with folio in a 200-degree oven to warm potatoes are almost tender. Take them out and put the 4 steaks on top of the potatoes. Add onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes and ovnepÄ at the steaks.
Set the dish in the oven again but this dang without folio to everything is tender and nicely light brown. Server if necessary. with flute.
Tips:
There may also be used instead of ground beef tenderloin.
