5 | dl | Water or moisture from yoghurt naturel, which has run through a coffee filter overnight |
600 | g | Italian durummel, type "00" (high gluten content) |

To prepare the Italian bread 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
The dough is stirred together and placed in the refrigerator overnight - preferably 12 hours
The dough poured onto a greased baking sheet and baked 25 min at 225 degrees.
Then turn down to 185 degrees and the bread is baked for 25 minutes. Bake on the middle groove.
tips:
50 g of sun-dried tomatoes in oil or 50 g of chopped black olives can be advantageously placed in the bread.
