Ingredients for Garlic ´ s Tenderloin w/mustard

Salt
1 Bouillon cube
1 tsp Tarragon. dried
1000 g Potatoes
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 clove Garlic
25 g Margarine
4 tbsp Parsley, fresh
5 dl Whipped cream
5 dl Red wine. meat
600 g Pork Tenderloin, trimmed

To prepare the Garlic ´ s Tenderloin w/mustard recipe, please follow these instructions:

Fillets must be cleaned and is cut lengthwise so that they can be rolled out and "knock, flat"

Sprinkled with salt and pepper. Mustard lubricated on both instep, chopped parsley mixed with garlic and then sprinkled on top sennepen.

Fillets must be brought together as a scroll, and laced with a cotton thread, and then Brown on both sides (about 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
