Ingredients for Birthday buns

100 | g | Sugar |
200 | g | Butter/margarine |
5 | dl | Milk |
75 | g | Rusiner (optional) |
800-900 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Birthday buns
To prepare the Birthday buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the fat and add the milk - let it get finger-warm. Stir the yeast in it. Add sugar and battered eggs. Mix the rusks in a little of the flour and stir the dough with a spoon.
Note: the dough is and must be a good linden, so the balls will be the best.
Put the dough for upright in a warm place for half an hour. Form the dough for muffins - apply flour on your hands and place the balls directly on the baking sheet coated with baking paper. Let them adhere for 10 min.
Brush with egg and baked in the oven at 200-225 degrees for about 12 minutes.

Come if Sunflower kernel on top. :)
