Cookies recipes
Margarine, sugar and syrup are heated to boiling point. The potash is dissolved and added. The dough rests for 2 hours. The rest of the ingridiens are added and the dough is rolled to sausages and rests cold for a day.
Bake at 200 gr for 5 min.
The dough rests for 45 minutes in a refrigerator.
Flour and deer salmon salt are mixed. The butter is crumbled. The sugar is added together with the egg that is lightly squeezed.
Roll the dough to 1½ mm thick and discard the cakes.

Mix sugar and butter together, stir the eggs and then put the rest of the engrediens in. The dough is put on a plate with 2 teaspoons baked at the top of the oven at 175 degrees for 12-15 minutes

Potash is stirred with the water and added with the rest of the ingredients. Roll the dough into sausages with a diameter of approx. 4 cm. Or to the size you prefer to burn.
