Bread, buns & biscuits recipes
Day 1:
Ingredients mix and raise a warm place for 24 hours. Covered with dishcloth.
Day 2:
Ingredients are mixed with dough from day 1. Eating really well (important) 1 cup of sourdough is taken to the next baking (shelf life 5-6 weeks. Then it comes in
The yeast is poured into the lukewarm water. Add salt and honey and stir well into the water. The flour is added with stirring and finally the oatmeal is added.

KOm yeast, oil, salt, sugar, youhurt and water in a large bowl.
Add oatmeal, sunflower seed, flaxseed and grahamsmel and stir well so the yeast is completely dissolved.
Bring flour and knead the dough well. It may be a little sticky.

All ingredients are stirred together for about 10 minutes. With hand muffs or in a stirrer. Fill in the lubricated rye bread.
Put the dough on the fridge and leave it for up to 7 days. The longer it stands, the more sour becomes the bread.

Dough slowly knead with dough hook for 15 minutes. Raise another 30 min. On the table.
Weight 800 g
Bake in oblong, possibly. In the slice of cutlery.
Cooking time: 45 - 50 min.

Milk lunes, yeast is poured into sugar and salt and a little of the milk.
Danish water comes in the rest of the milk that is added together.
