200gTurkish feta cheese
250gCherry tomatoes
250gHaricots verts
250gOlives (preferably the Brown Greek with stone)
400gBulgur (coarse kind)

Instructions for Turkish Bulgus Salad

To prepare the Turkish Bulgus Salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

The bulgettes are softened with REAL water for approx. 3-4 hours after which it will have a nice consistency (Bulguren should not be boiled!). The beans are boiled approx. 3-4 minutes. Cherry tomatoes are cut in half. Feta cheese cut into squares.

All ingredients (incl. Olives) are mixed together and poured with dressing mixed in oil / vinegar ratio 6: 1 1/2. Garlic and mustard are added to taste and taste.
