Instructions for Shawarma lamb

To prepare the Shawarma lamb recipe, please follow these instructions:

The meat is cut clean for fat and plaster, dug thoroughly with a fork and laid in the layers for 1-2 days. Place in the oven on a grid (remember baking paper under) for 4-6 hours at low heat (150 °). In case of variations, the last two spices may be replaced wholly or partly by Dhanya or Korma mix, which is a sweet-smelling spice mixture.
