Instructions for Ingefæris
To prepare the Ingefæris recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the ginger into slices the size of a fingernail. Half the cocktail berries and put them in a bowl with the ginger. Overlown with cognac. Let it stand and pull. Divide the eggs and put the whites aside. The flowers are poured into a bowl together with sugar and ginger syrup. Pour the cream into another bowl. Whip the whites so they are stiff. Then whip the cream until it is thick. Finally whip the egg yolks and sugar until thick light and creamy. Gently mix the whipped cream in the egg-sugar mixture. Finally, turn the egg whites into the mixture. Pour into a plastic or metal bowl and place in a freezer until it has started to solidify. Now mix the ginger-cocktailberry-cognac mixture and continue the freezing
