1 | tbsp | Ginger syrup from the Candied Ginger |
10 | Pickled cocktail cherries | |
2 | tbsp | Cognac |
3 | Eggs | |
3 | dl | Whipped cream |
50 | g | Sugar |
6 | "nodes" pickled ginger |
Instructions for Ginger sorbet
To prepare the Ginger sorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the ginger into slices about the size of a fingernail. Halvér cocktailbærene and put them in a bowl with the ginger. Smear with cognac. Let it stand and pull. Share the eggs and set whites aside. Yolks poured in a bowl together with the sugar and ginger syrup. Pour the cream in another bowl. Whip the whites so they are stiff. Whip the cream until it's thick then. Whip the egg yolks and sugar until eventually thick easy and creamet. Mix careful it whipped cream into egg-sugar mixture. Turn finally the egg whites into the mixture. Pour into a plastic or metal Bowl and put in the freezer until it has begun to congeal. Mix now ginger-cocktail cherries-cognac mixture in and continue freezing
