1 Eggs
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Butter
2.5 dl Milk
200 g French bread (no crusts and cores)
400 g Semuljemel

To prepare the Semuljeknödler, houskové "knedlíky" recipe, please follow these instructions:

French bread afskorpes cut into cubes and roasted in the Pan in a little butter. In a bowl mix the flour, eggs, milk and 1 teaspoon salt. The dough should be fairly thin, and worked well with a spoon (like a few hours before cooking). Dice bread cooled and turned over in it before the batter is made to rest in the 1/2 hour. Then molded it to 3 oblong loaf of bread (5-6 cm in diameter) on a floured (shaped with wet hands). Boil in water 20-25 minutes. Lifted up cut into 1 1/2 cm thick slices with a thread.

Eaten as an accompaniment to meat and gravy.
