225 g Wheat flour
2-3 twigs Flat-leaf parsley
250 g Green leaves such as rocket spinach mustard leaves and watercress
60 g Polenta

To prepare the Green corn cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Lynsvits the green leaves in a wok, but only 1-2 min., to the right are "collapsed". Got flour, polenta, milk and eggs in a bowl and stir it together.
