To prepare the Grandfather's bearded cake with jams and meringues recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the butter well with the sugar. The egg yolks are stirred for one at a time. Flour and baking soda are sifted and stirred alternately with milk.
The dough is filled in a greased pan of bread. 23x33 cm. Forbidden approx. 15 minutes at 170 degrees C. alm. Oven to the surface is rigid.
A smooth layer of jam is added.
The egg whites are whipped stiff and 4 tbsp. Sugar is whipped in. The rest of the sugar is reversed. The marrow is spread over the cake.
