Ingredients for Indonesian gratin chicken
1 | Green pepper | |
1 | dl | Mango chutney |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | tbsp | Samba oelek |
1 | Large or 2 small fried chicken | |
2 | clove | Garlic |
2 | tsp | Curry |
4 | Bananas | |
5 | dl | Whipped cream |
Instructions for Indonesian gratin chicken
To prepare the Indonesian gratin chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
The skin is taken off the chicken and the meat is cut into mouthpiece sizes and put in greased ovenproof dish. Bananas cut into slices and pepper in small tern and put on top of the chicken.
Sprinkle the cream to light foam and add sambal oelek, mango chutney and squeezed garlic and curry and season with a little salt.
Set to 225 degrees C warm for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with loose rice, preferably wild rice.
tips:
As the dish is cooked, children can help, it's only if you put more curry, mango chutney or sambal oelek that it gets too strong.
