Instructions for Fisfel
To prepare the Fisfel recipe, please follow these instructions:
Flake and clean the fish and place it on an ovenproof dish.
Grease it with coarse salt, grated pepper and herbs.
Make a fountain of traditional mashed potatoes.
Pour the mashed potatoes over the fish so it is completely covered.
Put the dish in a preheated oven (180-220ยค) and behind it until the mashed potatoes are golden on the surface.
Server with cooked, blanched or buttered vegetables.
tips:
Rye bread and sour / sweet are always good for both fish and mashed potatoes. (I have called the court FISFEL after FISH and MAP.)
