Ingredients for Carrot Muffins

½dlOil (Grapeseed or corn)
½tspSalt
1Eggs
1dlFinely grated carrot
1dlSugar
1 ½.tspVanilla sugar
2tspBaking soda
2 ½dlSkimmed milk
dlWheat flour
3dlAll-bran plus

Instructions for Carrot Muffins

To prepare the Carrot Muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir All-Bran Plus and skim milk together in a large bowl of bowl and allow to stand for 10 minutes.

The dry ingredients are mixed in another bowl. Stir eggs and oil in the bowl with All-Bran Plus. Add the dry ingredients and the cracked carrot. Stir the dough until it is even.

Fill the dough in the muffin paper insert or lubricate the muffin and bag them in the middle of the oven.

Let them cool off on a grill under a dish.
