1 | l | Water (for boiling) |
12 | tbsp | Ideal jævning for rhubarb Compote |
2 | kg | Rhubarb |
400 | g | Sugar |
5 | dl | Cold water (for smooth no) |
Instructions for All-time rhubarb red
To prepare the All-time rhubarb red recipe, please follow these instructions:
The rhubarb is cleaned / washed and crushed roughly.
Rhubarb, water and sugar boil / simmer under cover for about 30 min.
Fruit and "rhubarb water" are said to be different.
The "rhubarb water" comes back to the pot.
The leveling powder and the cold water are dispensed into a small bowl.
Once it has become even, add this to "rhubarb water".
Let this boil for 2 minutes.
Pour onto large fine transparent glass bowl.
(PS: The leveling powder that you buy nowadays is without color. If you want the cream in fine pink / pink color, add red fruit color as needed in the pot while adding the smoothing: o)
Put on the fridge or served warmly.
We love to eat it with vanilla cream ...: o)
