2cmGrated, peeled, fresh ginger root

750gPork loin

Instructions for Roasted red pork

To prepare the Roasted red pork recipe, please follow these instructions:

Remove all grease from the pork tenderloin and put the meat in a deep dish.

Marinade: Whip all the ingredients together into marinade and pour it over the meat. Put rubber gloves on and rub the marinade thoroughly into the meat everywhere. Cover and simmer for 2-3 hours or until the following day.

Preheat the oven to 200º. Dip the marinade and place the steps on a grate over a pan. Put the oven in the oven for 10 minutes. Brush more marinade over the meat, turn the oven down to 180º and continue for 20-30 minutes until the steps have been completed.

Take the steps out of the oven and let it draw for 10 minutes. Cut into thin slices and serve them with steam-boiled, long grain rice or put meat in noodles, soups or omelettes.
