Paprika
Pepper
Chives
optional Rye bread and cucumber salad
Salt
a little Butter for frying
1 Large red onions or ordinary onions
12 Small "new" potatoes
2-3 Tomatoes
3-4 Large eggs (preferably organic)

Instructions for Put on the forehead

To prepare the Put on the forehead recipe, please follow these instructions:

Scrub the potatoes well and cut them in quarters. Cut the slice into half-rings and tomatoes in narrow boats.

Melt some butter on a very large teaspoon and raw potatoes until golden and almost tender. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of peppers. Bring onions and tomatoes on the forehead and allow to fry for a few minutes. Salt and pepper on.

Whip the eggs together with a little salt and pepper and maybe a little milk if you have. Pour the egg yolk over the potato mixture and stir excessively so that it is evenly distributed among the vegetables.

When the egg yolk is just coagulated, the dish is finished.

Serve very warm with a spoon of chopped garlic or parsley.
