Instructions for Potato gnocchi

To prepare the Potato gnocchi recipe, please follow these instructions:

1.2 kg of unpeeled potatoes are cooked until tender in water with added salt. They allow to cool slightly before they peeled and moses with a fork.

Kartoffelmosen is on a melpudret Board, making an indentation in the Center which is filled with 2 egg yolks and 125 g flour. It's all kneaded together to form a soft dough. If the dough seems too sticky, add a little more flour.

Take a little flour on your hands and share the dough into 8 lumps that formed for sausages by 3 cm thickness. The sausages cut into 1 cm pieces and molded lightly with a fork.

The finished gnocchi are cooked in a large pot salted water. They are finished when they come up to the surface.

They serve with your favorite pasta sauce.
