Instructions for Pizza alla Neapolitan
To prepare the Pizza alla Neapolitan recipe, please follow these instructions:
Low a dose of pizza dough. Set the oven at 225 degrees. Filling: Scald and Peel tomatoes, free them for stilkefæste and cores and slice the tomato flesh into small pieces. Knead the dough and roll it into a thin, round plate. Fold one edge all the way around so that the filling is held in place. Place the pizza plate on an oil lubricated, meldrysset plate. Advantage tomatoes, anchovy fillets, slices of cheese and the chopped herbs over the pizza. Season with freshly ground pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Behind the pizza in the middle of the oven for 20-25 min, to the edge is light brown and crispy. Serve immediately.
