Instructions for Phasans with father
To prepare the Phasans with father recipe, please follow these instructions:
The fathers are stirred with rasp, eggs, milk / cream and spices.
The mushrooms are sliced and swirled in a little of the butter, cooled and stirred in the farmer.
The fathers are filled in the pheasants, rubbed with salt and pepper and tied with the bacon slices. They broke in the rest of the butter.
The wild cloud (must be boiling) poured into the pan together with creme fraiche.
Step over low heat approx. 1 hour. The phases are picked up and kept warm.
Bring the cloud to the boiling point with stirring, add cream and smooth. With a leveling of a little wheat flour and water.
The phases are served before serving.
