To prepare the Peach soup with shrimp II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Saute the curry powder in fat. Halve the onions and cut them into slices. Sauté the onions together with minced garlic. Add the tomato, diced peaches, peach juice, rice, cream and broth. Bring the soup to a boil and simmer 15-20 minutes. Season with spices and came the prawns in the soup just before serving. Cut the salad and got it in the plate before the soup is poured in.
