150 | g | Bacon, diced |
2.5 | dl | Apple juice |
500 | g | Red onion |
800 | g | Long fillet |
Instructions for Long with bacon and onions
To prepare the Long with bacon and onions recipe, please follow these instructions:
Shake the bacon nuts crispy with good heat for approx. 5 minutes.
Cut the red onion in both, add them with thyme and let the roast for 1-2 minutes. Add apple juice (or apple cheese) and let the compote boil for approx. 8 minutes. Stir the fish in butter and oil for 3-4 minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper during the frying.
Serve with fresh pasta and bread.
