Instructions for Karo's potato salad
To prepare the Karo's potato salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into ½ cm thick slices. Came the potato slices in boiling water with salt. Cook them on low heat and under the lid for approx. 9 min Pour the potatoes into a sieve and shower them with cold water.
Dressing: stir the salad yoghurt together with the finely chopped onions and gherkins and other ingredients. Turn the drained, warm potato slices in the dressing and season to taste. Style potato salad covered in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
