100 | g | Butter |
125 | g | Icing sugar |
175 | g | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Chocolate muffins
To prepare the Chocolate muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs and sugar (the large amount of sugar makes pasties special) whipped together. In this mix vanilla sugar, salt, cocoa, flour and finally melted, but cooled butter.
The dough will be distributed in 12 buttered muffin-or lens molds made close in a small roasting pan or aluform.
Bake at low heat, 175 degrees c. alm. oven in 25-30 minutes. By the long baking time will be pasties marengsagtige! Pasties are taken out, they sink a little together.
When they're almost cold, they are taken out of the molds and brushed with the chocolate icing and decorating the touched together with sliced almonds.
