1.5 | dl | Cream |
150 | g | Melted butter |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | dl | Flour |
2 | tbsp | Butter |
2 | tsp | Vaniliesukker |
200 | g | Dark chocolate |
3 | dl | Sugar |
Instructions for Chocolate cake with chocolate truffle
To prepare the Chocolate cake with chocolate truffle recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cake: The butter is melted and mixed with the eggs. Sugar, cocoa vanilla sugar and flour come in.
The dough is mixed (it must be fairly thick) and come in a greased spring form (It is a good idea with baking paper at the bottom, as the cake may be hard to let go)
The cake is baked at 175 degrees for approx. 20 min.
Stands cold for some hours
Truffle: Boil the butter and cream on the stove, then cool it a little so that the chocolate is not grated.
The chocolate is chopped and brought in.
The truffle is placed on the cooled cake and comes in the fridge, preferably the following day.
tips:
You can easily cook the cake the day before it is used, it actually gets better by standing for a day in the fridge.
