1 | dl | Cream 13% |
1 | Chicken (approx. 1200 g) | |
1 | tbsp | Oil |
1-1.5 | tbsp | Dijon mustard |
15 | g | Butter |
2-3 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
3 | dl | Chicken broth |
Instructions for Chicken with mustard sauce
To prepare the Chicken with mustard sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Share the chicken into 4 or 6 pieces. Brown the chicken pieces in a mixture of fat and oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add the tarragon and, possibly, the grated lemon rind.
