To prepare the Baby Spinach/Yougurt Salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Yougurt stir with crushed garlic and a small splash of olive oil, season with spices and sugar. The spinach, rinsed well and blot dry drips in a clean Tea towel. Reversed in yougurten and draws 1 hour in the refrigerator.
