Mango sorbet (II)

Cut the meat of mangoerne. Boil water and sugar up. take the grains out of vanillestangen. Squeeze lime juice. Blend mangokød, syrup and vanilla. Term through a fine sieve. Season to taste with lime juice.

Melon sorbet

Boil water with sugar and vanilla, and let it boil in half. Style it in the refrigerator until it is very cold. Blend melon, and season to taste with sugar brine. Sorbeten is poured into a bowl, and placed in the freezer. Pipe approximately every half hour
