Recipes with Butter
Light milk, water and butter let and stir the yeast out of it. Mix it together whipped egg, flour, salt and sugar in the yeast and knead the dough well. Let it be raised and covered to double size - approx. 30 minutes.

Heat the soup for a 50-60 gr. Melt the fat and add the flour and mix well.
Add the soup several times while whipping well. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the cream and the freshly chopped herbs.

Parsley Butter:
The parsley is chopped and stirred with the butter.

Preheat the oven to 200 C alm. Oven (hot air: 180).
