Ingredients for Wheat buns

½ | dl | Buckwheat groats |
½ | dl | Buckwheat kernels |
½ | dl | Millet |
½ | dl | Flax seed |
½ | dl | Wheat germ |
½ | dl | Cracked wheat kernels |
½ | dl | Rolled wheat |
1 | tsp | Honey |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | dl | Water |
2 | dl | Quark |
25 | g | Yeast |
550 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Wheat buns
To prepare the Wheat buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix all the ingredients into the "filling" with the exception of honey.
Boil 20 min. In a pot of water under the lid Stir regularly. Add if necessary. More water.
Stir honey in. Cool "fill".
Stir the yeast into lukewarm water and quench. Add salt, "fill" and flour.
Eel the dough thoroughly. The dough may be a bit of a stick. Put it in a slight spot for 45 minutes.
Beat the dough and knead it. Form it to 16 bowls. Put them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Repeat for 15 minutes.
Brush the balls with milk and put them in the middle of the oven.
