20 | Savoiardi (ladyfingers) | |

4 | Egg yolk, pasteurised |
Instructions for Tiramisu
To prepare the Tiramisu recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the egg yolks thickly with the sugar and stir in Marscapone. Beat the cream and turn it into the cream.
Savory biscuits turn into Marsalavin / Cognac and strong coffee, after which they are layered between the cream.
Make the cake the day before use and leave it cool.
Put cocoa over the dessert just prior to serving.

Mascarpone is a mild, creamy fresh cheese made from cream fraiche and cream, has a consistency of cream fraiche 38%.
The mashed potato can be frozen, but it is not suitable for tiramisu when it is grated.
But the cooked tiramisu is freeze-dried.
