To prepare the The best crispbread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sunflower seeds and grassy peas are poured golden on a dry forehead and all the ingredients are mixed.
The dough is divided into 2 equal pieces and it rolls out thinly. This is done easiest by rolling the dough between two pieces of baking paper directly onto the plate.
Then cut the rolling dough on the plate into suitable pieces. Either big like crispbread or less like biscuits. Whip the egg and brush the dough on the plate and sprinkle with either sesame seeds, flax or birch.
Bake in a 200 g hot oven for 15-20 minutes until golden.
The recipe is for two baking plates.

If you want, you can easily vary the breadbreads, try for example. To get parmesan cheese and a spicy rosemary in one half of the dough. Or birch, cumin or something quite third.
