1 | pinch | Cardamom and cinnamon |
1 | dl | Sugar |
2 | tsp | Cinnamon |
2 | tsp | Cardamom |
2 | dl | Warm milk |
200 | g | Soft butter (liquid) |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Raisins (can be dispensed with) |
50 | g | Butter (liquid) |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Swedish Christmas buns
To prepare the Swedish Christmas buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is crumbled, sugar is sprinkled over, whereby the yeast "melts". The lukewarm milk is added, along with butter, egg and flour, the dough is very greasy, but becomes more firm during the raising.
Waiting time: 1 hour.
When the dough is raised add the filling and knead into the dough, maybe a little more flour when the dough is greasy.
Molded to muffins approx. 18-20 pieces, put on the plate and adhere to half an hour.
Bake at 200 degrees (not hot air) in the middle of the oven for approx. 10-15 min
Served with butter.
